Forget
about the single pixel blur of yesteryear. Check out the new blur of
the future! ok ill get to the tut.
If you want to fallow along use the official digital delirium devil.
Create
a new window (ctrl+N). I chose 6 inches by 6 inches to maintain the
devil theme that we have going.
Now
move the devil to the very left of your work area and select 4 pixels
(give or take according to project) from the very right.
Now Drag the selection to
the right, as far as you feel fit. Usually, farther=better.
Once you release it will look like this
